If the groove is deep, you are supposed to fill the grove with metal bearing epoxy before you put on the Speedi sleeve.
Here, it's cheaper to buy a Speedi sleeve than pay a machinist to repair a yoke. In Latin America, they are used to making things work and labor is cheaper. You may find someone who can do the repair for a reasonable price.
