Engine Swap 6 to 8

I have a 1959 Power Giant. It currently has the original 230ci 6 cylinder. I have always worked on cars....but decided to take on a Power Giant project. The engine runs, but needs rebuilt. I currently have a 318 out of a 72 Cuda and a 440 out of a 70 Challenger....both rebuilt. Has anyone done a swap, 6 to an 8? Is it difficult? I will always keep the original 6 cylinder, but thought it would be easier if I just put one of my current rebuilt engines into it. I am just curious if the mounts will line up or if they make a swap kit. How about the 4 speed transmission? I appreciate any help or advice. I am really looking forward to showing off this tough truck!
