part out or not

I have found a PG similar to mine.Engine and transmission not stock.Body solid,glass good shape,cab and box no dents with very little rust.Stock running gear.My question is do I buy to restore or part out? If I part out that's one less PG , but I can't afford to restore every PG I find.What do you think?
