Cowl vent replacement

I am looking for a a cowl vent replacement. The previous owner has a hole in the center of the vent. I'm not quite sure what that would have been used for, anyone have ideas?
So, I have the guts. We just need the vent itself. Hoping someone might have one they would be willing to sell.
