I'm sure you will work it out. Personally, I would go through the lot, do an inventory and see which one needs the least work to get it going with the minimum changes for inspection and plates, then follow on from there. That way you can prioritize and (hopefully) not get side tracked and end up jumping from one to the other and getting nowhere fast.
