Rear end could be a 35, a 44, or an 8.25. Front end should be a non-disconnect 30. Rims will fit a Scout. Transfer case (NP231)is the same as Dodge used in Dakotas and 1/2 tons. AX15 transmission was used in some Dakotas, too, but with a different input shaft. If the motor is good, there should be someone in the area interested in it.
If it were me, I'd cut the top off, truss it up and have a blast with a free Jeep!
