Got a WC 12 once like that very dry clean everything was full I was uncertain what was wrong with it. Muscle car guy had cleaned them really well and never drove the truck. within two weeks everything was looking more normal once I started driving it leaks greasy. I would be concerned about a truck that was not leaking as I would figure no grease no oil or no movement in a long time. I have tried to stop leaks with varying degrees of success. I would not be a up on changing an axle that was not leaking for one that was unless that one was off atruck I was driving and new it did not leak. my 2 cents
