I'm jealous, some of my best memories as a kid was camping by a lake, catching trout, gutting them, wrapping them in foil with some salt and pepper maybe some butter if we had thought to bring some and throwing them in the live coals. A short while later having a delicious meal eaten with our fingers. Doesn't get much simpler than that... How the heck did life get so complicated?
