Gas Tank

The gas tank on one of my M37 is starting to leak. I picked the best one out of the 5 spares I have. Super rust free inside and outside EXCEPT for a section on the top where the mounting strap went. A few divots and small holes. I don't want to send it out because the sealer they use at local repir shops is not copatable with any ethanol products. Any ideas for a home repair? THYANKS
