Take a decent body of a good truck and slap it on frame of a vehicle know to roll over severely above 35 mph in a turn and power it with an under powered engine. Too much pot smoking going on there!
And then to register it under the Samari title? Now it has to pass all safety and emissions if there are any in the state......... WTH are they thinking?
