One other thing Vaughn and I did today was try to get my windshield frame lined up and able to close properly.
Seems my gasket isn't fitting right and is keeping the sides from setting up against the cab the way it should.
We got it adjusted as well as we could, there is less of a gap on the sides now, but still some.
The next thing we think that needs to happen is the frame might hafta be bent just a touch, to bring the sides in closer to the cab.
has anyone ever re bent a window frame? Vaughn mentioned a 2x6 about where the center post is, and one of us on each side and slightly bend the frame back to more of a "V". Ever done this?? Does it work? will it work with glass in it??
