and how tight the restrictions are. in NY and california, certain components of paint are now banned or being phased out. their green replacement is much more expensive. i could give you a local price for imron in ny that wouldn't hold in tx. if you are having the paintjob done for you, it is unlikely that the guy painting will paint what you bring. they are usually ppg, dupont or brandx guys. if you are doing a proper job, although expensive, paints and supplies will be the smallest expense.
