well i ordered the correct 6 v cap and rotor for the IGC motor/dist i have.. for the "D" passenger motor that's in this 47 truck.
Caps
6 Volts SMP# AL-96 (1941-56) Distributors-IGC, IGS,
Rotors
6 Volts SMP# AL-98 (1941-55) Distributors-IGC, IGS, IAP, IAD, IAO
it seams there was a AL90 cap and a AL89 rotor on it, must have been 12 volt stuff,, as the center pin of the cap was warn off!!

i also ordered a new 12v condensor, a new 12v coil and 12v points
to complete the correct conversion,,
there is already a 12v battery and resistor/ballast and older 12v coil on the truck..
