is a standard ff 900 rim, which means you have 583s only some one used lug nuts for duals, probably cuz they did not have the single lug nuts on hand

that rim will not bolt up as a dual, the tires would hit before the rims came together, you would have to have a spacer or move the centers

so for heavy loads just use heavy ply 900s and you are good to go
