I remember when I used to work for a dealership they had a Scout short pick up with a snowplow that thing did well in plowing deep snow. And one summer there was a Chrysler Imperial that broke down one town away and we went to rescue it with the scout the chrysler had a broken distributor shaft so we hooked up a tow chain to tow it back there is a very steep long hill on the way back so I got a run for it that 4 cyl was wound up soon shifting into second then into first then lost power I pulled over and shifted into low range then back on the road with a few cars behind us slowly gowing up the hill when we got to the top I pulled over and let every one go by us then shifted into high range for the trip back to the dealership.
