I think it would bring between 3 to 5K at auction. I think that combo is great. mileage is good with the slant. and loves to be in 4 wheel drive. I am getting 17 mpg with slant in the D300 with 19.5 highway ties at 55 to 60 mph. 15 mpg at 65 mph. 4.88 gears. cant complain
