Identify this frame

I just towed home a frame complete with springs, shocks, wheels, transfer case, and some other parts. It measures 30" in the front, 38" in the rear, and is 132" (11 feet) in length. The guy I bought it from was pretty confident it was form an old military PW. any way of telling form the frame dimensions or other identifying factors I could look for? my plan is to strip a few parts off of it for the WDX and then if anyone is interested out there please let me know. thanks
