Chewie, those of us that wear tin foil hats consider the design very secret.
I will share this, the concept is to construct a Faraday Cage for your brain and also a reflecting surface for the RAYS. Use heavy duty tin foil. One tip. prior to making your hat, crumble the foil, then make the hat. Its a much better reflecting surface after being crumbled. I can actually feel the RAY's bounce off.
