i assume the engineers changed the design on the tc mount for the m37 to improve operation from all standpoints, whether they did or not is anybodies guess
my guru back in the day who everyone called to work on pwagons said the m37 mount was more better and more quieter?????
I always liked the set up and wanted to get a crossmember from an m37 and mount my tc that way
