If it is too god to be true, it usually is.
Most of these scams use photos of things other people are selling. Craigslist has become a hunting ground for these scammers, just hoping to catch someone in an offer that is to good to be real. There are a few databases set up that record usernanmes and email addresses. Do a quick google search with their name and number or just their email address and you might be surprised.
