I'm also a newbie, but understand the frustration that some of the long-time members have with answering the same questions.
Yes, the searches of the archives can be frustrating, but the newbies need to exhaust this site and Gordon's site before posting a question. We newbies need to assume the responsibility of doing our research of the wisdom that has already been shared before we post our questions.
We need to exhaust the resources that are available, if you can't find the answer then post the question.
