Wanted - WWII Ambulance or Carryall
For those who may remember the Istanbul to Normandy convoy, I'm running another convoy for the 70th anniversary of D-Day 2014, and need another vehicle such as an Ambulance or Carryall which I can camp in.
I have a good friend in Texas, who has offered the use of his shop for a month, so I can get my vehicle on the road. So as you can see I need something reasonably straight in the body, a bad or missing motor is no problem.
Planning to come back to the US later in the year.
Photos of the type of vehicles I'm looking for - though these are pretty concourse, and I want a fixer-upper.
