I rarely sell things, so have no idea on shipping heavy or large parts. But I recall that Yellow Freight/Roadway has a terminal in Denver where I have picked up freight in the past. If commercial freight was used, I could stack the four wheels in one tall pile and bolt them all together as one item using three lengths of all-thread rod, circular plywood end caps and lock washers and nuts. You would reimburse me for those materials cost but end up with some handy lengths of all-thread for your later use.
As for Tower Park, you might begin advertising on G503.com for a possible back haul to Seattle. Or maybe contact the organizers to learn (if they will tell you) who has signed up from the Seattle area and begin contacting such people. Except for a few friends, I don't know who will be attending that meet.
