It’s nice to hear a good story about people doing right by other people. Seems there’s too much talk about the bad in people and not enough about the good.
I suppose it’s all in how a guy look at things. I like to think that there really isn't much to complain about as long as a person opens his eyes to the good things that happen every day and gives them their due regard.
Thanks for sharing. By the way, having spent my life as a city firefighter, and having broken up my body as a result, you learn eventually that firefighters are as vulnerable as anybody else. We’re all just people trying to get by as best we can and a helping hand every now and then is a blessing for sure.
