Brakes are likely seized to the drums. But seriously what's wrong with just dragging it onto a trailer? It's not like you're going to break anything. Yeah it's hard on the tires, but they look like they're past their date code anyway. If somebody gave me that, I'd figure out a way to get it home even if I had to drag it with the bomb hoist on the M35.
