In fact, I wouldn't put the full bumper on until everything else is road ready. Just takes up too much room.
My 20t table top press can bend and un bend a lot of parts. Or a BFH and BF Vise. I would unbolt it all, and appraise each part individually. I did make my own front base angle bracket for the last one. 3/8 x 1 1/2 x 1 1/2 angle is available. You should see the wreck I lately purchased from Ed, quite pretstixulated*, but I have hopes for it. Plus a set of tweaked spares.
