It looks like you will need, at a bare minimum, new frame extension, new drum shaft support bracket, and new rear winch base angle. I believe Midwest Military sells the frame extensions, and probably the other parts.
Be careful with import reproductions of the drum shaft support bracket. I bought one a few years ago and it was cast incorrectly. Be sure you can return it if it isn't right.
