Yes. But there is no binding. The bolt that screws into the clevis, allowing for adjustment in the length of travel, is a 3/8" bolt through a 1/2" hole. I welded a washer to the bolt shaft on the other side of the 1/2" hole. This and the clevis on the other end allow enough movement. There's actually only about 2 1/2" of travel in the lever at that point.
