The original door bottom weatherstrip is a flat piece of rubber retained by the clips with a suspended rubber tube that looks like a "D" or "O" in profile. Flipped upside down it would look like an "O" underlined. Clint is right that no one manuafactures a correct replacement.
A suitable alternative is the stick-on weatherstrip that tapers on one side (it is fat on one side and tapers down to skinny on the other). It is solid foam and looks like a solid triangle with a tail in profile. Mounted outboard against the section of the door side that extends below the bottom of the door, this effectively seals the door.
