when you buy a gmc, the salesperson, dealer owner and customer care rep begs you to give them superstar ratings. when you buy a dodge, the salesman doesn't even mention getting a report or indicates that the report is important. to keep it fair, i thew out the initial report i got on my wife's denali and filled out the one on my megacab!
