A lot depends on your skill level on fabrication and all phases of body work. If your comfortable and have the tools, lots of money can be save in buying a 'rougher' truck.
If you dont have the needed skills or tools, your wasting money in buying a rough truck. Save the money for a solid straight truck needing little body or frame work.
