A 50 mile loop would be different, I thought you had a dead end or something. The same thing happens around here (Iowa) when people start pushing out from the cities to have "suburban acreages" and complain about the farmer down the road with all his derelict equiptment lined up in the fence row that has lived there for 50 years. Happened to a friend of mine. No complaints until a $300k house was built just down the street.
