that is al good, my dual 900s had and inch between the tires where they were the closest
but I would imagine if you used rob stellar's
type wheel or moved one out to those specs you would be aok
what i like is you would only have to modify one wheel per side and vala you have duals and the outside one would now be the factory one which can be used on the front also as the modified one becomes the inner which would not work on the front unless you turn the drums or run disc brakes, then even the modified one would run on the front or rear
maybe if you run em that way you won't break any axles lol
