I understand all that, but lately here it has been going down, plus I have more than I need but not so much cash, and not many folks are buying land but they seem to be buying vehicles here anyway like they are going out of style, plus a vehicle here is worth time and half or two times what they are worth in the states and I donīt have a vehicle now just a bike, I could probably sell the truck easier that the land, j ust a thought thanks for the input, but answer the question pls
diesel here is $5, gas is $6, talk about getting screwed but everyone is driving around like it was .50 a gal.
