The money being spent for a good PW, in my opinion would require traveling to see the PW. I got stung real bad on a Antique Boat and ever since, I travel if I want it.
Suggest you carry cashiers checks made out to you which you indorse and give to the seller. I do it this way, If the total asking price is $10,000.00, I Take one cashiers check for $5000 and (5) cashiers checks made out for $1000 each. All are made payable to myself. When I get to the seller, If a price negoation can be made, you
are in a position with the different chacks to make a offer and have checks in hand to back it up. If you dont buy or can get it for less money, when you get home deposit the check back in your account.
Remember...no one ever has a ugly baby, PW or anything else....its worth yout time and money to go and look in person.
