tire offset: '57 W200 v. M-715

I understand the bolt pattern (7.25")is the same for the 6 lug M-715 tire and the older conventional Dodge 6 lug. Before I buy a set of M-715 tires, can anybody tell me what is the difference in offset and will there be a clearance or stress problem going from a 7.50x16 to a 9.00x16.
