State of emergency declared Clinton + Franklin Counties Upstate NY .Most secondary roads + back roads are plugged with blowin + driftin snow + its still falling.Even state hiways + Adirondack Northway are snow covered, state plows cant keep up with it.Gonna take 2 - 3 days to get all local roads open.Keepin my road open by plowin every couple hrs with a Power Wagon of course
