I made my own for my '55, and it works but it looks bad. I'll have to re-do it at some point. If I had the money, I'd buy one ready-made by professionals. Certainly soldered connections are better than solderless and electrical tape gets brittle with age and heat. I'm sure lots of PW owners have done a fine job on wiring harness building, but be prepared to learn as you go and perhaps there's some good books out there to help one avoid the mistakes that I made on my first attempt. Good luck whichever way you decide to go.,
