1963 W200

Hope someone can help me out. I am looking at a '63 W200, 6 cylinder 4sd with winch. I must admit I don't know a lot about these trucks, this MAY be my first Power Wagon! I can't seem to find any info about gears and other driveline specs online. What gears and axles did most of these trucks come with?
Also, maybe some parts sources? Thanks,
