The 251 is longer, so the radiator is different than the 230. The radiator shell for a 251 truck is different in that the grill extends past the radiator shell so the rear of the grill is flush with the front of the shell. The motor mount is different too.
You might try Dennis Sherman at Power Wagon Plus, he put a Spitfire in his PW, but used the 230 shell and grill. He milled out the rear of the grill so the radiador could be brought forward without moving the grill out.
