Steering correction

Hi All

I have a '70 W200 Crew Cab with really bad front springs. I wanted to lift it but don't want steering problems. Any sugjestions? I thought a longer pitman arm might solve the problem, this sound right? My truck has a 383 w/PTO and a Dana 44 closed knuckle.
