It must have been 6 years ago. He was working on a prototype for this Maximog, and was on a cross-continental tour of Cananda, America and Mexico. The vehicle had a different body on it, but had the rear mounted motocross bike (I think it was a big Kawasaki at that time), GPS, Sat-link, lights, winches, etc. He wouldn't let me see the interior though. When I asked him what happens if he breaks down in the Sahara or Amazon river basin, he stated that he simply orders parts over the satellite link, gives his lon/lat, and has parts air-dropped in 24-48 hrs. Must be nice....
