Moab trail suggestion wanted

Can anyone suggest a good trail near Moab? April 6 will be my first trip to Moab. I have some literature on the various trails in the area, but would like to get some suggestions about the best trails since I have only one day to explore the area. Scenery and excitement are the goals. We have a very well equipped vehicle (lockers, winch, etc.) and experienced driver, but want to avoid mishaps since we won't be traveling in a group.
