Hi Travis, The 'round' guage cluster was an optional item generally supplied to industrial users and fleet operators, Most likely your truck was purchased by a utility company or the like. If it's a darke brown and the truck is a California one, PG&E may have been the original owner, Skaug bodies were made I beleive in the SF bay area thus it would have been installed by PG&E at the time they received the truck. PG&E has a good records dept. You can call their transportation div. in Oakland, CA, talk with someone who can identify the truck with the VIN number, you might luck out and get all their service logs on the truck!
