'45 or '46 WDX?

Just got another truck #83900547. This is supposedly the 547th PW built. would it have been built in '45 or '46? The title actually states that it's a '47 but I know that's all wrong. How can I get the year on the title straightened out? I am in Washington State. Thanks.
