kph on data decal?

Hello,
Picked up a '67 WM300 today from an old farmer. VIN falls under 1967. The speedo reads in kph and the decal on the glove box also gives gear/speeds in kph. It is a Dodge an not a Fargo, or at least says Dodge on Rad cowl and tailgate.
Any ideas on the kph??? Canada?
This truck has been in Mississippi for a long time. The license plate on it was 1974 when it broke a rear end. Been sitting since. Thanks,
