The Vermont State Seal features a maple tree with a cow next to it. The seal appears on all State Police cruisers, wrapped in a border saying "Vermont State Police"
The vinyl decals are made at a Vermont Prison, well, read the article and find out.
This story made a 1/2 page on the front page of the Burlington Free Press, Vermont's largest paper. Slow news day I guess.
I have chuckled all day!
