Clean and smooth. Might need to glue the rubber around the corners, but that seems SOP.
Chrome is only a fraction of a thousndth thick, powder coat about umm .005? The thickness will be waaay countered by the clean and smothnessosity.
AAand, wasn't chrome an option anyhow?
