Question, will a 47 cab fit a 41 WC half ton?

So, I see this 47 Dodge truck on craigslist and wonder if the cab is the same as the smaller trucks. I know it isn't a military cab, but if it is the same that I have now "civillian" and in better shape, would it be worth it? I might run over the border and take a look. Any input>?
