Shane, blue was a standard color these came in, though the shade changed through the years. I have a '64 - the vin number is located on the right side of the frame. The 251 was put in these rigs starting in 1961 until 1968 in the US, and 1978? for export. Its value is subjective - they sell for any where from $20k to $50k+, depending on originality and quality of rebuild. As has been said, look on this forum under sold trucks, and watch eBay.
